Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 scoops protein powder
  2. 1 cup coconut milk
  3. 1 tablespoon flax seed powder
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  5. 1 ½ tablespoon nut butter ( almond)
  6. 1 bunch spinach
  7. ½ cup berries
  8. ¼ avocado
  9. Ice and filtered water to consistency

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Enjoy and stay energized!
